Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s how returns and exchanges work.
Return eligibility
You may return most unused items in their original packaging within a specified period (typically 7–15 days from delivery). Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resaleable condition. Some products (e.g. personalised or hygiene-sensitive items) may not be eligible for return; this will be indicated on the product page where applicable.
How to initiate a return
Contact us at support@thedgifthub.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, colour, or product, mention it when you contact us. We’ll arrange an exchange subject to availability. If the replacement is of higher value, the difference may be charged; if lower, we’ll refund the balance as per our refund policy.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is approved. It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after we process the refund. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We’ll share pickup or drop-off details when we send your return instructions.
